a. How long will it take to process my order?

Standard order processing for in-stock items is 3 to 5 business days. Please note that orders are not processed on weekends or US Holidays. Extra time is required for processing large orders, international orders and orders requiring information verification and orders.

b. Where is my tracking number?

As soon as your order leaves our warehouse, we will email you a shipping notification that includes the shipping method you've selected and your assigned tracking number.

c. Where is my order or backorder?

You can review the status of pending and past orders placed online by phone or on our site by clicking on the "Order Tracking" button located under the "My account" button at the bottom of each page. You can also review the status of your order by clicking here.

e. Can I cancel or change my order?

We apologize, but orders cannot be cancelled or changed after being placed. We strongly advise you to review your order before submitting to ensure everything is correct.

f. Product Availability

Most items are in stock and ready to be shipped within our noted order processing timeframes. Some items may be temporarily out of stock. Estimated "in-stock" dates will be provided for "backordered" or "Out of Stock" items. These dates are estimated and subject to change.

g. Backordered and Out of Stock items

Backordered Items: Due to overwhelming demand, a product may temporarily be out of stock but can still be purchased. Information on the expected in-stock date will be available on the Product Details page. Please note that if you purchase a Backordered item with in-stock products, your entire order will be held until all items are available. If you placed an order for an item that has gone on backorder while in processing, we will notify you via email of the delay.

Out of Stock Items: An "Out of Stock" product is no longer available for sale, and won't be visible on our site.


a. Do you ship to my country?

GLORYshop.com ships orders to many countries around the world. For those countries where we are able to deliver, the country name will be listed in the country drop-down menu when entering your billing and shipping information. If your country is not listed, we unfortunately are not able to send orders there. We do apologize.

b. How do you calculate international shipping rates?

Our international shipping rates are calculated on the total amount of your order, and exclude brokerage fees, duties, taxes and Tariffs. Your shipping rate will be displayed during Checkout

c. Do I have to pay custom fees?

Our international shipping rates do not include customs fees, including import taxes or duties. GLORYshop.com is unable to determine what those costs would be, as they are issued by the recipient's country, and are the customer's responsibility. You should contact your local customs office for more information

If a package is refused due to non-payment of any customs fees, GLORYshop.com will only issue a refund for the returned merchandise. No refund will be issued for the shipping costs

By placing an order to be shipped outside of the United States, you acknowledge the aforementioned rules and restrictions.

d. Can I pay in my currency?

All prices on GLORYshop.com are shown in U.S. Dollars (USD).Due to fluctuating exchange rates, we are not able to process payment in any other currency.


a. What is your return & exchange policy?

We take great pride in our reputation for quality and excellent value. If you are unsatisfied with an item that you have purchased, you may return the item for an exchange or refund within 30 days of delivery for an exchange or full refund of the purchase price, minus shipping or other charges. The item(s) must be returned in good condition, in original packaging (whenever possible) and with all paperwork, parts & accessories to ensure full credit.

All return shipping charges must be prepaid, and are the responsibility of the customer. This includes any customs, duties, taxes, postage and any other applicable charges, which will not be refunded. We will reimburse you for any/all postage and taxes if the product is defective or an error by GLORYshop.com occurred when fulfilling your order. However, tax on shipping is non-refundable. Any GLORY merchandise purchased from a merchant other than GLORYshop.com cannot be returned to us for a refund or exchange. You will need to contact the merchant from whom you made your purchase.

b. Has my return been received?

If you are a registered user or gave us your email address to us over the phone, a Return Received email will be sent directly to your email address when your return has been received and processed.

c. When Can I expect my refund?

Most refunds are processed within 2-4 weeks of the item arriving at our fulfillment center and will be issued to the card used to place the order. However, they may not appear on your credit card statement for 1-2 billing cycles. Refunds are based on the purchasing price and exclude shipping charges as well as return postage.

d. What do I do if I received a wrong item?

We sincerely apologize if we've sent the wrong item to you. Please return the wrong item using the instructions on the back of the packaging slip. You will be refunded for the product and its shipping fee.

e. Purchases at GLORY Events

GLORYshop.com is unable to accept returns for items purchased at GLORY events. If you have questions about a purchase you made at a GLORY event, please send us an email byclicking here.


a. Accepted credit cards

We accept the following credit cards for online purchases: Visa®, MasterCard® and JCB®. Please note that we don't accept cash, personal checks, or money orders. We also don't ship orders C.O.D. and Deferred Billing is not available.

b. Sales tax information

GLORYshop.com is required by law to charge sales tax on order(s) being shipped to California (7.5%) and Connecticut (6.35%). If you are shipping to any of these states, the appropriate charges will be added to your merchandise total and displayed on your final order confirmation. Sales tax will automatically be calculated for orders placed online or via phone.

c. Redeeming coupons online

During the checkout process, simply enter the Promotion Code in the required field. The funds will be automatically deducted and your discount will be reflected on your order total.

d. Pricing Policy

Prices are subject to change without notice. Orders received prior to a price change or after a price change will not be adjusted to reflect the price difference. You will be charged the amount you agreed to pay when you placed the order


a. What are the shipping and processing times on standard items?

Most In-stock items are shipped within 48 hours. Our shipping system gives you the option to ship your order through Smartpost, Ground, Expedited or Priority. Once your shipment leaves our facility, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation sent to your email address. It is trackable online through links provided on the Shipment Confirmation and/or on GLORYshop.com/Order Status

Please note: "Expedited" and "Priority" shipping methods indicates the transit time after the order has been picked up by the shipping carrier, and does not include the processing timeat our fulfillment center. In addition, In-stock items ordered by 11AM EST will be processed and shipped that same day while in-stock items ordered after 11AM EST will be processed and shipped the next business day.
